Home Made Chestnut Paste: Marrons Paste

It's not hard to make this simple ingredient by yourself, plus, you can control the sugar contain in the paste too ^^.

Marrons Paste (Chestnut paste)
Make about 200-250g

200g ............................ Cooked chestnut (steam it by yourself, or buy it)
10g ............................... Icing sugar
....................................... Simple syrup, as need

Put the chestnut and icing sugar in the food processor bowl, and process until smooth.

Add the syrup and process until you get smooth but not watery paste (preferred to be dry) .
